[Usability] Basecamp

The Basecamp app needs a usability audit.

• Labels are inconsistent (Id and ID), and generally should probably say Project and not Project Id? Not positive the guidance there
• Descriptions are either unnecessary or generally duplicative of the labels
• We aren't returning anything in some actions
