[BUG] Vercel project prop #15400
Description
I think we need to first ask the user the select the team before configure or access team-owned resources. For example:
The /projects call fails for me unless I pass teamId as a param. So I think we need to add a team prop. More info here:

I see that in the list_deployments action we do ask for the team, but I'm assuming we aren't using it when retrieving the project, since that fails for me.
