Once a tenant submits the Google Form, their information will automatically generate a card on your onboarding Trello board. Zapier will handle the connection between the Google Form and Trello. -
Checklist Management + Stage Mapping
Each card will include checklist items representing the entire onboarding process — not just individual steps. That way, all the stages a tenant needs to complete will be clearly laid out in one place. -
Automatic Card Movement Based on Progress
When all checklist items under a particular stage are completed, the Trello card will automatically move to the next stage — such as from “Initial Contact” to “Document Review” — continuing all the way to the “Completed” stage once payment is verified. -
Slack Notifications to Keep the Team in Sync
Whenever a card advances to the next stage or a checklist is finished, a Slack notification will be triggered to a team member or channel. This ensures everyone stays updated without having to constantly check Trello.
