I would like to contribute to resolving issue #19202 regarding the implementation of GET_LEDGER_SUMMARY_VIEW_DATA action.

App: Tallyflux (accounting/financial management API)

I have started implementing this action with the following structure:

• Component: components/tallyflux/tallyflux.app.mjs
• Action: components/tallyflux/actions/get-ledger-summary-view-data/get-ledger-summary-view-data.mjs

The action will retrieve ledger summary data including account balances, transaction summaries, and financial insights from Tallyflux accounts.

May I proceed with completing this implementation and submit a pull request for your review?
