I've tested a bunch of games from the list.
Of the EUR games I've tested...

Games which worked flawlessly:
Jagged Alliance (save file is 128kb)
Soul of Darkness (save file is 128kb)

Games which gave an endless "initializing save data loop" inside of LoE (same issue as #766)
Let’s Create! Pottery (save file is 256kb)
Art Academy: First Semester (save file is 672kb)
A Little Bit of... Brain Training Maths Edition (save file is 1.44MB)
A Little Bit of... Brain Training Arts Edition (not sure the exact size as I don't currently have it installed. It was something like 1.2MB though)
Rytmik Retrobits (save file is 2.7MB)
Mario vs. Donkey Kong™: Minis March Again! (save file is 416KB)

This leads me to believe that LoEhax wont work if the save file is larger than 128kb. This was all tested on 11.2.
