Add links for each platform for each app in the platforms column on the apps page

iOS apps should have an App Store link.
Android apps should have a Google Play or APK link.
Web apps should link directly to the web app.
BSD, Linux, macOS, and Windows apps should link to the download page.
WordPress plugins should link to the WordPress Plugin Directory.
Chrome extensions should link to the Chrome web store.

It would be a great addition, but it requires that someone volunteer their time to make a Pull Request with the refactoring needed.
