Error in polymer build with the last release (v0.11.0)

With the last release (v0.11.0), polymer build doesn't work:

I got the same error as abdonrd, but a slightly different stack trace (Windows 7):

@JGSolutions I think your issue is separate from what most people are running into here. Can you create a separate issue with --verbose output included, as well as steps to reproduce from a blank directory?

If anyone else is able to reproduce the no resolver found for ... build bug on Mac, please comment here. Otherwise, I'm going to assume this is a Windows issue since I am not able to reproduce on any templates on both Node v4.4.5 & v6.1.0

@abdonrd ah interesting! Can you post your node version, the full polymer build --verbose output, and steps to reproduce in an empty directory? (ex: is it as simple as polymer init application && polymer build?) This would all be super helpful for finding the bug on my machine.

@FredKSchott I reinstall the polymer-cli, because I had downgraded to the v0.8.0.
And... it works now. Magic! 😮

@abdonrd great! I'd love for us to get https://github.com/yeoman/update-notifier integrated into the CLI, so that these kinds of outdated issues are easier to spot.

Going back to the assumption that this is a Windows-only issue unless anyone else can reproduce.

But I had the actual version (v0.11.0) when I had this problem... 😕
Then, I downgrade to the v0.8.0 because it works.

@abdonrd are you saying that you can reproduce this problem on v0.8.0, but everything is working fine on v0.11.0?
