`/refresh` isn't intuitive and help isn't useful

• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

  '/refresh' isn't intuitive and help isn't useful.  I'm looking to reset the state of my session.  Refresh to be just means to refresh my current state

Expected behavior

`/reset` or `/new` to allow a new conversation with the AI

Actual behavior

No wording in the help matches what I expected for the desired behavior.
