Removes the “ character for a non-unicode quotation mark (I'm honestly not sure what they are called).
1. Fixed badly laid out examples
2.Updated to use Get-CimInstance, not get-WMIObject
3. Change the way PSdrives are mentioned (removed the word temporary' that could possibly be misleading).
4. Updated MD in examples to have correct line feeds! :-)

This fixes the 5.1 content - if this is Ok, it can be copied into the PSH 5.0 and 4.0 version of this document. Not sure how to do that easily.
* Made New-ExternalHelp cmdlet warnings into terminating errors

- Also added bunch of comments in the code :)

* Fixing push-location metadata that causes appveyor to fail.
Missing line break was causing the metadata to render as a code block, instead of getting consumed by OPS.
