EE, Vodafone, O2 are added. However, I'd need someone to test them. Some might require additional setup or you may have to add "44" to the beginning of your phone number. See here.

for EE I think I may have added the telephone number in the wrong format do you just write numbers or numbers with an SMS gateway email at the end of it (if yes whats their SMS gateway email I couldn't find it on https://wiktel.com/texting.php)

EE was a bit difficult to find, and the one I found was from a forum post in 2013 or something. So there's no guarantees that it works. You'd just put your phone number and choose EE from the carrier. It'll handle the gateway email for you. It's a bit awkward cause I can't test it on my end. Try just your number and if it doesn't work, try putting 44 in the beginning.
