A big disk-hygiene upgrade — everything below is new since v1.2.1.

• 🖼️ Near-duplicate images — a new Duplicates sub-tab finds resized / re-encoded / screenshot copies with a perceptual dHash (thumbnails for every format, TIFF/HEIC included).
• 📊 Folder budgets — pin a max size to any folder; over-budget folders get a red dashed border in the treemap and a dashboard widget.
• ♻️ Regenerable detection — Smart Suggestions now sort into regenerable / cache / junk, and show the exact command to restore each (npm install, cargo build, pod install…).
• 🌐 Browser cache drill-down — Chrome / Edge / Brave / Firefox / Safari broken out per profile into individual cache areas.
• 📄 Export reports — download any scan as CSV (files or folders) or a multi-page PDF report.
• 🧬 Git-aware scanning, OS snapshot accounting (APFS/Btrfs/VSS), cloud-placeholder & hardlink/symlink awareness, plus keyboard-first navigation, sunburst view, quick-look preview, incremental fast-rescan, growth projection, and trash awareness.

Unsigned build — first launch: macOS right-click → Open; Windows → More info → Run anyway.
