trouble downloading scenery region

I've tried a number of times to redownload AO scenary regions but it comes up with fail and therefore instructs me to retry. i have tried a number of times but it still keeps failing. not sure what to do? is it a bug in AO or a network issue. I don't think it is a network issue because everything else is perfectly fine

FWIW I had to install the regions on my phone and transfer them over to my PC that way, because the packages didn't want to install on my PC for whatever reason

yeah similar problem. I had to downloaded it very other means but for some reason the AO app fails to do the download

Having problems downloading the sceneries, can't get it completed without errors.
Anyone have a solution?

Downloader logic hasn't changed, but maybe some http protocol or something changed. So I want to see the error it gives you

just tried to download na but it failed. where do I find the log for this?

Iirc you are in macOS, so it should be in /Users/youruser/.autoortho-data/logs

The file is autoortho.log

I attached the autoOrtho log text but I can't find the one for the failed na download. this is the latest I have

from the looks of it the error is
<urlopen error retrieval incomplete: got only 1174405120 out of 1381590688 bytes>

this is not an AutoOrtho issue per se, it may be an unstable connection or something terminating the connection
