[BUG] 400 Client Error returned for some tools in Zephyr Essential toolkit

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Zephyr Essential toolkit or create a new one
2. Select a tool (e.g., Create test cycle issue link)
3. Provide an existing Test Cycle Id(e.g., EL-R1)
4. Provide a Json body(e.g., { "issueKey": "EL-274", "description": "Check link" } )
5. Click the RUN TOOL button
6. Review the output

Actual Result:
A 400 Client Error: Bad Request is returned

Expected Result:
The selected tools should execute successfully and return the expected output without errors.
