[BUG]Data indexing from agent using Jira Toolkit fails

Description:
Indexing of data initiated from the agent with the Jira Toolkit is not completing successfully.

Steps to Reproduce:

Initiate data indexing from the agent.

Run the indexing process.

Expected Result:
Data should be indexed successfully from the agent using Jira Toolkit.

Actual Result:
Indexing fails, and the data is not processed.

Notes: Indexing working as expected from Toolkit

@MikalaiB Switching back to development, the first request consistently fails with the same error, but the second request succeeds without issue.
