[BUG] Browser Toolkit execution fails when Google tool is not selected and credentials are missing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the browser toolkit.
2. Do not select the Google tool in the toolkit.
3. Do not add credentials.
4. Attempt to execute the toolkit.

Actual results:

• Toolkit execution fails with the following error message:
  "Method execution failed: Error getting tools for browser: 'NoneType' object is not a mapping"

e.g. toolkit https://dev.elitea.ai/alita_ui/18/toolkits/all/20?viewMode=owner&name=Browser%20toolkit

Expected results:

• The toolkit should handle the missing credentials when Google tool is not selected.
