[BUG] Error Message Displayed After Using Canvas in Chat

Steps to reproduce:

1. In chat, ask to create a table or a diagram.
2. Open the table or diagram in the canvas.
3. Close the canvas.
4. Continue the conversation in the chat.

Actual results:

• An error message is displayed.

Expected results:

• No error message should be displayed, and the conversation should continue seamlessly.

Other info:

• The issue occurs only after opening the canvas.
