[BUG] Deleted messages in agent conversations are retained in context and history

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the agent interface.
2. Delete a user message or an AI response from the conversation.
3. Ask a question that references the deleted context.
4. Observe the agent's history for the deleted messages.

Actual results:

• The deleted messages are retained in the context and are still visible in the agent's history.

Expected results:

• Deleted messages should be removed from both the context and the agent's history, ensuring they do not influence subsequent interactions.

@SamvelSimonyan yes it's FE bug, the DELETE message endpoint is not sent to BE on message deletion.
