Support CAN Bus

Due to the rapid increase in the number of sensors in LEADS VeC, debugging difficulty has become a problem. We want to move closer to professionalism and add an interface similar to OBD. At the same time, in order to support many professional motor controllers, we decided to integrate CAN bus support into LEADS. python-can will be used as a library.
This will also extend LEADS's use cases. With the ability to read OBD interfaces, LEADS can be, for example, used to build a dashboard for a Tesla.
