Everything looks great! I made one suggestion to declutter one of the tables.

Various citations have been added throughout the core section of Pythia Foundations. More specifically, references were added to all NumPy, Matplotlib, Cartopy, Pandas, and Xarray pages using the recommended citation for each source.
Relates to issue #546, though more work is needed to ensure consistency. Additional citations are likely necessary in some sections.
