Currently, the onboarding flow for new organizations involves calling four APIs sequentially, as detailed here

This approach is inefficient and can become cumbersome over time.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Simplify the onboarding process by automating most steps, ideally reducing manual API calls and streamlining setup for new organizations.
2. Have workflow for existing and new organization that will get onboarded through different platforms
