Texture "glitches" in inventory-like situations is a Won't Fix -- this is an intentional workaround for incompatibilitites between Java and Bedrock protocol.

"Clicking a block with GUI will make one of the neighbour blocks get the same texture as the block you're interacting with. It goes away after closing the GUI.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make sure to have "desktop" GUI enabled, not the pocket one.
(optional) Apply a resource pack with semi-transparent GUI (so you can see through)
Click any interactable block like crafting table, furnace, anvil etc."
