Using the PhatLoots GUI

The PhatLoots GUI provides a chest-like interface to manage loot tables.
The bottom row of the GUI offers the following options (from left to right):
- Tool - Left and Right click to change your Tool
- Lasso - Navigate/Move Tool
- Gold Nugget - Modify Amount Tool
- Name Tag - Modify Probability Tool
- Add new collection
- Add experience
- Loot Conditions - Change the conditions determining if loot spawns
- Break and Respawn - True/False
- AutoLoot - True/False
- Reset Time - Informational
- Creating Loot Tables
