[WIP] Add themes similar to Vercel's website

Adding a Vercel-inspired theme to the LinkFree templates collection.

Plan:

• Create new theme directory "Vercel Theme"
• Design and implement index.html with clean structure
• Create style.css with Vercel-inspired design (black/white, gradients, modern typography)
• Add README.md with theme description and preview
• Update Templates/README.md to include the new theme
• Test the theme in browser to ensure it works correctly

Theme Features

The new Vercel Theme includes:

• Modern Design: Clean and minimal interface with professional Inter typography
• Gradient Accents: Subtle blue-to-cyan gradient effects inspired by Vercel's brand
• Smooth Animations: Elegant fade-in and hover animations for polished UX
• Responsive: Fully responsive design that works on all device sizes
• Dark Theme: Beautiful dark color scheme (#000 background) with high contrast
• Interactive Cards: Link cards with hover effects, box shadows, and smooth transitions
