add Qiskit Code Assistant updated models to Latest updates page

if possible can the information about the release of the latest models for the Qiskit Code Assistant be added to Latest Updates page.
perhaps something along these lines:

• We have updated the model available in the service to the newer mistral-small-3.2-24b-qiskit model

• We have open-sourced two new models for local inference in Hugging Face:

  • Qiskit/mistral-small-3.2-24b-qiskit
  • Qiskit/mistral-small-3.2-24b-qiskit-GGUF
