How can i disable SIP ??

To run csrutil disable i need to be in recovery mode, is there a way to do this here or is there another way ?

You can only modify SIP with csrutil in recovery mode, but from macOS you can modify the csr-active-config value in the config.plist (or config.yml if re-building from this project) and then restart to apply the new SIP settings:

Since i have already installed mac os on my hyper v can you please specify what to edit on config.plist ?
