Quenching Client 3.6.1
Quenching Client 3.6.1
Windows x64 portable ZIP | macOS Apple Silicon portable ZIP
Extract the entire ZIP into its own client folder. No installer is required. Do not choose a client ZIP when installing MOD resources. Keep your existing settings and custom files.
This version includes the tested update progress/restart/cleanup fixes, separate Warcraft 3.0.0 and 3.0.1+ shader resources, language-independent official snapshot handling, and successive MOD resource ZIP updates. Windows client updates still download changed files with optional EXE/ASAR deltas and signed whole-file fallback. Electron remains 33.1.0.
macOS users replace the portable app manually; this is an ARM64 build, not Intel/universal. The package is not notarized. On first launch, use Finder's Open command if macOS asks for confirmation.
MOD resources are downloaded separately: https://github.com/UIZorrot/Quenching-Assets/releases
Official website: https://qm.txzy.net
Thanks to Dariusz Sikorski (@dariuszsikorski) for localization contributions and the Battle.net launch idea.
Client 3.6.1 - Automatic Update Artifacts
Client automatic update artifacts
Machine-managed signed file objects and optional binary deltas. Do not combine or install these files manually.
Download the portable client from https://github.com/UIZorrot/Quenching-Client/releases/tag/v3.6.1 instead. Update inventories and source policy are controlled by qm.txzy.net. Existing compatibility URLs are retained.
Client 3.6 - Legacy Update Compatibility
Legacy 3.6 update compatibility
Download the latest portable client from v3.6.1.
These machine-managed artifacts remain for already distributed clients. Do not download or combine them manually. Original asset URLs are preserved.
Official website: https://qm.txzy.net
Client 3.6.1 update objects (testing)
Machine-managed, content-addressed update files for the 3.6.1 test channel. Not a portable client installer. The formal 3.6 release and website manifests are unchanged. These immutable files can be reused for the future production update; no re-upload is required.

Download and extract the package for your operating system. On Windows, run QMClient.exe; on Mac, open QMClient.app. No installer is required. The Mac package is not notarized; on first launch, use the context menu's Open action if prompted.
Warcraft III rollback notice: Affected players should temporarily use this 3.5 client after the game rollback to 3.0.0. The full MOD package needs no changes.

- Fixed custom-skin texture path conversion, repaired older imported copies, and improved skin deletion.
- Fixed SD skin previews and upgrade-animation selection for main buildings and defensive towers.
- Synchronized the HD/PTR shader resources and improved error details.
MOD Resources and Setup
The 3.5 full MOD resource package is published separately. Installation supports a folder, one ZIP archive, or separate A/B ZIP archives.
See the official download page for setup guidance and current download mirrors.
Automatic Update Assets
The client-351-*.zst and client-351-*.bin files below are used by the automatic updater. Players should download the complete client ZIPs linked at the top of this page.
The compatibility update is based on the original Windows 3.5.0 package previously published on GitHub. If an earlier build has a different binary baseline, use the complete portable package instead. Mac users should replace the package manually.
