Bot description modal gets stuck after clicking 'Show Files'

After pressing 'Show Files' in the bot description modal, I cannot close the modal again. Neither clicking the X button or clicking outside the modal works.

Hmm, probably windows only. Cannot replicate on linux

I did some git bisecting and have determined that the bug was introduced in cbc8df3 or 813ee19 .
