Build miopen on Windows

As windows version of miopen has not been published, this page can help you to build it yourself. I have built it successfully on windows 11 and test the LLM and Stable Diffusion with the Deep Learning frame myself https://github.com/scarsty/cccc-lite.

TheRock is too complex to build, but miopen is relatively simple, you can follow the steps below to build it.

1. Install frugally-deep and eigen3, vcpkg is a good choice.

.\vcpkg install frugally-deep eigen3 nlohmann-json bzip2 half

2. Modify source code of miopen:

• In src/include/miopen/hipoc_kernel.hpp:

• In src/include/miopen/fusion/problem_description.hpp, after Serialize in FusionDescription and #if !MIOPEN_ENABLE_SQLITE:

3. Lost of cmake file of amd_comgr, download it from the attachment.

These files are extracted from ROCm 6, but they are lost in ROCm 7, I cannot understand why AMD remove them.

4. cmake comnand is like this, you can change the pathes to your own:
