Dialog Positioning on Collapse

A dialog that is extended to collapse does not maintain it's position on screen unless the panel is moved before collapsing.
Ideal functionality would be for it to maintain it's position. (imo)

This can be reproduced via the following steps.

1. http://jsbin.com/ehagoy/154
2. Click "Click Me".
3. Double click the header.
   [Dialog collapses to the center of the screen]
4. Double click The header again.
   [Dialog expands to original position]
5. Move the dialog a little.
6. Double click the header.
   [Dialog collapses but retains it's position on screen]

I can't repeat this bug or don't understand you. Dialog must collapse on its current position(how it working now). This is expected behavior for collapsed dialogs.

My apologies for not being clear. Basically the positioning of the collapsed dialog seems inconsistent.

When the collapse occurs the first time, the title bar of the dialog moves to the center of the screen. However, if you physically move the dialog (By clicking/holding the title bar and dragging) before collapsing, the title bar maintains it's vertical position.

I'm trying to use the collapse as a way for the user to look at the data on the base page, so the title bar maintaining it's position is better for my situation.

I'm just trying to determine if the inconsistent positioning is intended or should it be maintaining it's position? I need it to maintain position but if this behaviour is by design then a config setting option would be really handy?
