不再建议使用rt_hw_interrupt_disable函数了，可以使用mutex显式的锁，或者使用rt_spin_lock_irqsave/rt_spin_unlock_irqrestore函数。

好像ep本身也有个mutex，使用mutex来lock/unlock是否可以？

那使用 rt_spin_lock_irqsave/rt_spin_unlock_irqrestore 。 mutex 的话，如果被高优先级进行中断，可能会造成问题。
