Can't get message list for large mailbox

We recently migrated from Roundcube to RainLoop, It's a great webmail tool and I appreciate it.

But we are facing some issue with large mailbox. We have some mailbox which having more than 100k mails in inbox, for those account we are getting error "Can't get message list".
I've tried to increase php memory limit, execution time but nothing helps for this issues.

Could you please guide me to solve this issue.

Rainloop Webmail is not designed to handle such large mailboxes because they do not store mails in the database.

In the latest version (v1.6.8.154), I added few settings:

[labs]
imap_message_list_hide_deleted_messages = On
imap_message_list_count_limit_trigger = 0
imap_message_list_date_filter = 0

These settings can help an application to work with a large number of messages.

In your case:

Turns off deleted message filter:

imap_message_list_hide_deleted_messages  = Off

Set the number of messages in the folder that activates additional optimizations
(such as disabled threads and message list sort):

imap_message_list_count_limit_trigger = 10000

Show messages over the last 12 months only.

imap_message_list_date_filter = 12
