build-inputs-2: MariaDB Connector/C 3.4.11, built from source

Re-published on GitHub on 18 October 2026 from the GitLab release build-inputs-2 of 2026-10-06. Each file below was checked against the SHA-256 that GitLab's package registry records for it before it was uploaded here.

MariaDB Connector/C 3.4.11, the first release MariaDB published with the fix for CVE-2026-107819 (fixed by CONC-846 in 3.4.10, a version MariaDB tagged and never released), built from MariaDB's signed source by libraries/build-mariadb-connector-c.ps1, reproducibly. It replaces the 3.4.9 client (MariaDB Server 12.3.2's build) that build-inputs-1 carried; build-inputs-1's SQL Server Compact runtime is still used. Not a server release. SHA-256 of the archive and of every file in it: hmailserver/docs/third-party-binaries.json; how it is built: hmailserver/docs/ThirdPartyBinaries.md, 'Connector/C 3.4.11, built from MariaDB's source'. Dated 6 October 2026, the day MariaDB published the 3.4.11 source, so that it does not take over the project's latest-release link.
