Description
Users (like myself) may want to make permanent changes to their Deemix and Tidal configs. For example, I want to increase the concurrency of my Deemix config from 1 to 3. This is impossible currently since the startup script overwrites the config files on every boot.
This change simply uses an existing pattern to only create config files if they don't exist, which allows user changes to be persisted!
