看了一下paddleocr的program.py和paddlex/utils/device.py的代码发现有set_env_for_device_type和paddle.device.is_compiled_with_npu()和is_compiled_with_mlu()这个方法，rapidocr未来是否也可以引入来支持国产的显卡
