This PR transitions the Rcpp documentation to use the pinp RMarkdown template. The remaining vignettes,
Rcpp-jss-2011.RnwandRcpp-unitTests.Rnw, are based on Sweave or are pure LaTeX and, thus, should not cause any problems.The PR contains contributions by both Dirk and myself. See the
