This changes the behavior of the buttons used to mark the status of a note, so that you can write a reply within a comment, and mark a new status in one go. Before, you had to first mark the status, and then add a new reply. With this change, you can simultaneously add a reply explaining why you're changing a status.
Also, the change includes some formatting on how the status is displayed, which should make it a bit easier to read.
