Basically, you just need to
 - put these files into a folder of your choice
 - create a MySQL database and import the ".sql" thing
 - change the bdd.php with your own settings

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est de
 - mettre les fichiers dans un dossier de votre choix
 - créer la BDD MySQL, et importer le fichier SQL
 - changer les données de bdd.php selon vos besoin
