Add IN and OUT indicators on Invoice Dashboard "All" tab to show flow of funds

Problem

On the All tab of the Invoice Dashboard, it's difficult to tell if a row is for an incoming invoice ("pay", "accounts payable") or outgoing invoice ("get paid", "accounts receivable").

Proposed Solution

Add IN and OUT indicator column to the All tab to show flow of funds

Interestingly, Etherscan does not have a Column header for the IN/OUT column.
