Problem

Most end-users will want to receive payment at their Payee Identity address.

This is especially true when demonstrating Request Invoicing to potential App Builders.

Yet, the "Where would you like to receive your payment?" field is required - adding an extra copy/paste step to fill out the Create Invoice Form.

Proposed Solution

• Set the payment recipient to the Payee Identity address by default
• Add a button "Add Recipient Address" to reveal "Where would you like to receive your payment?" field

If we need to cut scope to meet the Nov 11th deadline, then we don't need the extra check box / button. We can just set a default value in the existing payment recipient field.
