Locations missing from emails / time wrong

Locations put into calls are showing as "no location provided" in emails.

Also, the time is off. I have everything set for CT and its showing +5 hours (should of been dispatched at 1:01pm)
The website notes the correct dispatch time, not the emails.

Messages issue fixed in commit cd4eaa8 and I'm looking into the email location issue.

Call emails missing address is fixed in commit 5d71368 should have these deployed to production tonight.
