Implement the following smart contracts:
- contracts/core: Stable coin, collateral, and reserve contracts
- contracts/oracle: Oracle aggregator and related contracts
- contracts/governance: Governance contracts
- contracts/interfaces: Interfaces of contracts
Testing of each smart contract will also be conducted within the milestone. Extensive testing will be performed after each contract implementation to ensure robustness and security.
