Closes #20 , Closes #19 , Closes #21

  • Updates EOS SDK to 1.17.1.3
  • Updated README with formatting and more details
  • Finished automated Python updater script
  • Fixed misspelling in an EOSCore enum; if you used the misspelling previously, you must update it in your manager code
  • OpenEOS files are now only included on Windows, Mac, and Linux builds by default; you must use EOS_DISABLE to cull out EOS code from unsupported platforms
  • Updated OpenEOS version to 3.0.0
