At a first glance, the repo is not released in rosdistro?

In that case, you can nevertheless package it in robostack, but I am afraid the correct steps are not documented in https://robostack.github.io/Contributing.html at the moment. In particular, on top of adding the package in vinca, you also need to add all the packages you are interested in in the rosdistro_additional_packages.yaml file. If you tried and you found any problem, feel free to ask!
