What does this PR do?

This is a release PR after #313 was merged.

Please note, that the docker will not work in the default configuration, as the 3.0.0 tag is not available yet. This branch should be used instead:

docker build -f Dockerfile.O3DE --build-arg ROSCON_DEMO_BRANCH=release_2505x -t roscon2023_demo/o3de:latest . 

How was this PR tested?

All tests were performed while testing #313.
