Unfortunately, you need a display to wake-up your tacktick devices. There are two types of devices in a tacktick network : master and slave. Only a master devices can wake-up the network and only displays with a power on/off button are master.s MicronetToNMEA is designed as a slave device and cannot power on the network,as well as Microtalk. Master devices are significantly more complex to implement (they handle many features like network extension, radio collision, etc.), that's why MicronetToNMEA doesn't implement it. |

I have the Microtalk Gateway, however, I still need the MN100 to “wake up” the T120 wireless wind transmitter when it is first turned on to start transmitting wind information. I have other devices to display the wind information that I want to use. Therefore, I was thinking to use Micronet2NMEA simply to wake up the wind transmitter and then use the gateway to distribute the wind data. Will the initial connection to the Micronet network in Micronet2NMEA wake up the T120 so I don't need the MN100? Thank you.
