Dropping the Group Field

Ethovision files sometimes do now have the animal Group Field thus the user needs to provide the animal groups manually by creating a CSV file.

Update: The group field will be dropped and the user will be able to assign animals to groups by using a GUI. He will also have the ability to export his animal groups into an automatic generated CSV files.

The Group Field is completely removed from the main GUI....

When the user presses the Segmentation button:

No ---> all animals belong to one group (Group 1) and the program continues (segmentation process, features computation etc)

The list allows multiselection. The user selects ids, types the group number of his choice in the textfield and by hitting the assign button he assigns the selected ids to this group (results are shown on the Table to the right).

Save: generates the file that the user had to build manually (with header (issue #16))

If OK is pressed while some animals are without group:

*...'be assigned to group X' were X is the first available number that the user hasn't used (e.g. if I have given group numbers 1,3,4 then they will be assigned to group 1. If I have given group numbers 1,2,3 then they will be assigned to group 4. etc...).
