Replace imdl with Rust library

While imdl is a Rust CLI application it does not provide a lib casey/intermodal#517

Therefore it has to be installed as a separate dependency and invoked as a CLI application.

To simplify the install process we should migrate to a Rust lib #181

Options

• torrentz2 looked promising but hasn't been updated since initial creation
• lava_torrent is stable but has not been updated in 3 years and is in maintenance. This might not be an issue though, for example SOX is stable but unmaintained.
