Generate descriptions rather than using eyed3 or metaflac

At present we're using eyeD3 and metaflac to read the mp3 and flac files. The intention behind this was to pick up on any issues. It has been a VERY long time since anyone reported any issues with caesura's output so I'm confident we can remove it and replace it with a cleaner simpler output.
