Overview of the directory structure and what can be de-cluttered

A few people have mentioned de-cluttering. It's probably worth including tips on what files can be de-cluttered and the effect this will have.

cache/queue/

• can be re-created using queue add
• subsequent batch will be slow as it will re-process everything from scratch calling the API a ton
• queue summary will not longer show uploads as instead verify will catch them as existing

output/Artist - Album ... .abc.torrent

• if removed before upload it'll just be re-created from output/Artist - Album ... .torrent` (without indexer suffix)

output/Artist - Album ... .torrent (without indexer suffix)

• existing transcodes won't be detected so will be re-transcoded on demand

output/Artist - Album ... / (transcode directory)

• recreating torrent for another tracker won't be possible
• upload will still be fine provided the .torrent exists - and you'll obviously need the data in your directory
