RumbleDB 3.0.4 "Coast Redwood" (Spark 4.3 only)

Interim release following the release of Spark 4.3.
Since Brew automatically updates, this replaces the brew zip with a version compatible with Spark 4.3.
We also provide the thin jar for Spark 4.3 for use with spark-submit on a cluster.
